That was a Laptop with monitor 14.1-inch size with XBRITE-ECO LCD technology, Laptop Sony VAIO CR series are an entertainment notebooks which comes in five colors and will appeal more to fashionistas than geeks. The Laptop Sony VAIO CR is a very capable laptop or notebook and we feel it will make a great companion for a wide range of individuals, especially many college students who are looking for a hip but functional mobile machine.
The Sony VAIO CR series wraps an otherwise average thin-and-light-laptop in a colorful, personalized case. Avoid this one like the plague. I have had nothing but problems as soon as the warranty expired.
The LCD controller stopped working. Repaired it for 4200 INR. Exactly a month and 10 days later the top part of the LCD developed problems. Service center wanted 13500 INR for repairs. I did not go for the repair. Yesterday the fan developed some problems. It is not rotating at enough speed to cool the CPU. After opening it i found some dried greyish stuff which I suspect to be bad thermal paste.
So please avoid Sony products. They suck big time.
